Catering

In an effort to give our Culinary School students a chance to hone their skills, we’ve instituted a catering service. It includes platters, buffet-style catering and, on occasion, cooks (Rising Stars) for hire.

Our talented chef, Doug Johannes will oversee all aspects including ordering food and supplies, supervision of catering, food preparation, delivery and setup and breakdown. The culinary students will work under Chef Doug’s supervision.
