Think your chili is hot stuff? Register now to compete! Competition is limited to 25 cookers. The Chili Cook-off will be held Sunday, November 18th from 4:30-7:30 pm. All competitors should arrive from 3:30-4:00 pm. Competitors should bring the following items:
a minimum of 1 slow cooker filled with chili (to increase odds of winning this taster's choice competition, a slow cooker chili refill is recommended but not required)
any specialty toppings
Project Host will provide power sources as well as tasting cups, utensils, napkins, and basic toppings. Project Host will be serving "house" chili (not judged) with cornbread as well. This competition is a taster's choice with a winner-takes-all cash prize! Trophies and additional prizes will be awarded for the winner and runners-up. Cook-off tasters will be given voting tickets at entry.
